BIRTHDAY BASH & CONCERT FUN

Summer may be over, but our weekends are still just as busy. The kids had a blast Saturday @ their triple birthday party.
It was a tornado of wrapping paper, balloons and frosting, and our house now looks like a war zone covered in cardboard toy boxes and those infuriating silver twisty ties that hold the kids' toys in their boxes.
The BIGGEST EATER trophey went to CHASE, he stunned the masses by eating almost his entire birthday cake. I bought it for the sole purpose of taking his picture with it... I'm glad he got a meal out of it.

THINKING ABOUT IT....

KATELYN'S GIFT FROM MOM & DAD

Sunday afternoon brough Bright Beginnings FALL FUN FEST, the kids did well up on stage singing and dancing with their friends from daycare.

Katelyn was supposed to sing 4 songs - she passed the time during the first 2 songs by chewing her finger nails & pushing the boy next to her into 2 other children who subsequently knocked down 2 other innocent bystandards.

BUT, she ended on a good note rocking out to an awesome performance of HEAD SHOULDERS KNEES & TOES and singing while driving her cardboard box car. She kind of looked like me on my way to work - swinging her head back and forth singing really loud, not really paying attention to the passengers in the other cars glaring @ her.
